Deposit Policy and Terms
3.1 Deposit Methods
You can deposit at shan99 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. All funds deposited must belong to you — using a third party's money is not allowed.
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for all deposit methods is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
3.3 Deposit Verification
shan99 reserves the right to carry out source-of-funds checks or identity verification. If requested documents cannot be provided, shan99 reserves the right to restrict the deposit.
Withdrawal Process and Policy
4.1 Withdrawal Amount and Processing Time
The minimum withdrawal amount for all withdrawal methods is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. Processing may take longer if verification is required.
4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions
To withdraw, players must use the same method used to deposit, and only a method that was verified as yours at the time of deposit. If a bonus is involved, withdrawals will only be processed after the bonus wagering requirements in Section 5 below have been met.
4.3 Grounds for Withdrawal Rejection
shan99 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal in the following situations:
- Account verification is incomplete
- There is suspicion of a terms violation
- A withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement has been met
- A financial compliance check is being carried out
Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors at shan99 will receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks.
Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is bonus 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
Example (2): Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 1,020,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is bonus 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is the bonus amount received × 15. This means you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will forfeit the bonus, and no winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions

- shan99 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- shan99 reserves the right to close an account if a bonus is misused in any way
- Bonuses are offered at shan99's discretion and cannot be claimed as a right
VIP Levels and Cashback Offers
The shan99 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players progress through the tiers based on their activity on the platform — the exact turnover thresholds will be announced by shan99.

Player Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions
All players using the shan99 platform agree not to carry out any of the following actions:
- Attempting to fraudulently influence, manipulate, or alter game outcomes by any improper means
- Attempting to hack the shan99 system or use any unauthorised technical methods
- Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources into the platform
- Using bots or automated playing programs
- Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once or to create a second account for yourself
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening shan99 staff or other players
If shan99 finds that this rule has been violated, it reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and declare any remaining balance forfeited.
